The staff were very helpful and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The hotel was very clean and the facilities were up to par. Additionally, this hotel is situated in a prime location with multiple modes of transportation nearby.

The spacious rooms were definitely a plus for our romantic escape. We also appreciated the 24-hour availability of cold drinks and water in the room. The location was convenient for us, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The lack of daily cleaning and faulty bathroom exhaust fan were minor inconveniences that we could have done without.
